Carries Day 2!

Well I have to say, day 2 sucked hard. I am so out of shape. By the third set my squats weren’t so speedy, the rests between exercises were a tad longer than they shouldn’t have been and I barely finished the third set. Gotta get in shape! Gotta get in shape so this is easier.

If I thought I was starting to hurt today, I don’t want to know what tomorrow’s gunna feel like!

Weight this am: 160 lbs
