Hey Ladies! Thanks for letting me in. I need to be held accountable anywhere I can get it. I’ve been doing November #fit2feast challenge via Spark; the only challenge is to get at least 10 min of exercise a day. So far I’ve succeeded, but I need a kick in the pants when it comes to food. Case in point, 8 (yes, EIGHT) cookies consumed yesterday.
Today’s goals, stay in calorie range and cardio. Probably some Jillian Michaels.
