Day 4 wasn’t too bad at all! I feel pretty good about my effort! I will say I’m looking forward to our next cardio day 🙂
I finally weighed myself. This morning I almost forgot but remember after I was dressed. Starting weight = 165! My goal is to be BELOW 150! I will post my weight every Thursday. I think weekly weigh ins will keep me focused and motivated to reach my goals. Daily weigh ins could discourage me, especially after a bad eating day or special event. I think I may also take my measurements some time this weekend just so I can have a complete assessment of my before stats.
