Day 15!!!!

I can’t believe we are already in Week 3!! Yahoo!!

Now about today’s workout…oh my goodness it was a tough one!! I will be honest I got distracted a few times trying to keep record of my times.

Here are my times:

Swing squats – 40
T push-ups – 30 modified
Knee lunges – R22/L23
Mountain climbers – 32
Bicep curls – 21/19/20
Step ups – R18/L19
Straight leg squats – 13 this is where I broke down
Hundreds – 127
